Downeast Railroad Ride

Trains depart the station (8 Railroad Siding Rd. Hancock, Me) October 2nd & 3rd at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm sharp!
The Downeast Scenic Railroad offers a scenic ten-mile round-trip train ride from Ellsworth, Maine, on the historic Calais Branch Line. This is the first passenger train to run on the line in decades! Your 13 mile, one-hour, 45-minute journey takes you through natural forest settings into Ellsworth, over bridges, rolling past schools and neighborhoods; hear the clickety-clack of the rails & the familiar-sounding of the horn at train crossings!
Tickets are Adults $17.00, Seniors $15.00, Children age 3-12 $9.00. Tickets may be purchased through this link: https://www.downeastscenicrail.org
