Autumn Cipala invites you to an Open Studio and Pop-Up Shop on Saturday, October 5, 10:00–4:00, & Sunday, October 6, 11-3 at 15 Ross Ave, Thomaston ME. The doors to Autumn’s pottery studio will be open with handmade works on display and available for purchase.
Autumn Cipala creates luminous porcelain vessels with a truth to function. Soft, translucent glazes enhance the clean elegance of form and highlight fine details and surface embellishment.
Cipala is honored to be the 2024 Maine Artist Fellow in Fine Craft, an award presented by the Maine Arts Commission. She holds an MFA from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, and a BFA from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. Her work is exhibited nationally and internationally.
All are invited to see Autumn’s newest artwork, shop for one-of-a-kind pieces, and talk about the inspirations, processes, and techniques used to create each piece by hand. Please join us!
