Art of Ellsworth: Maine Craft Weekend Downeast Scenic Railroad Train Ride

The Downeast Scenic Railroad offers a scenic thirteen-mile round-trip train ride from Ellsworth, Maine, on the historic Calais Branch Line. This is the first passenger train to run on the line in decades! Your 13-mile, one-hour, 45-minute journey takes you through natural forest settings into Ellsworth, over bridges, rolling past schools and neighborhoods; hear the clickety-clack of the rails & the familiar sounding of the horn at train crossings! Trains depart the station (8 Railroad Siding Rd. Hancock, Me) at 10:30 am and 1:30 pm sharp. Tickets are Adults $20.00, Seniors $18.00, Children age 3-12 $12.00.
