Run Amok with us at the Grand Opening Weekend of Maine's newest meadery - Run Amok Mead!

Located at 1043 High Street in West Gardiner, we are just a stone's throw from the junction of I-295 and I-95 where you'll also find the Center for Maine Craft , which is located in the West Gardiner Service Plaza. (Exit Numbers to look for: From 95 Southbound: Exit 103 | From 95 Northbound: Exit 102 | From I-295: Exit 51 - last exit before tolls)

Start the weekend off right on Friday afternoon at 3:30, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, thanks to the Kennebec Valley Chamber.
We will be introducing our Golden Traditional series of meads, showing off the meadery and the soon-to-be-a-tasting-room-barn, playing some cornhole, giving away prizes, and generally having a good time and much excitement.

Saturday's event begins at 6:30pm. This evening is in conjunction with NASA'S International Observe the Moon Night. We will have telescopes and more games and prizes. There will be moon-gazing, moon-walking, mead tastings, meadery tours - we can't wait to see you!

Special Note to Artists: We are showcasing this space at this event in hopes of enticing Maine artists to want to display here in future - we are early days with renovations but we think you'll find it a diamond-in-the-rough. Come and see!
