Then this submission form is for you!

By participating in Maine Craft Weekend at any and all participating locations throughout Maine, you acknowledge and accept that participation involves inherent risks. You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Maine Crafts Association, its employees, volunteers, and agents from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from your participation in the event.

Your participation indicates your acceptance of these terms.

For example: Jewelry Trunk Show @ The Center for Maine Craft (Include type of event + location or business name)
Create a public-facing summary of what visitors can expect from your event. Do not include details that you have already provided on this form - this is a space to describe your event so that it appeals to visitors. *Please include start and end times for each day.**
