Story Time at Union River Book and Toy Co.

Union River Book and Toy Co. supports many local artists, carrying adult and children’s books by Maine authors along with gifts and toys handmade here in Maine. During Maine Craft Weekend, stop in at 11am on Saturday and Sunday and peruse while your kids listen to a selection from Roald Dahl’s Charlie and the Chocolate Factory in anticipation of the local artists who will be performing the musical here in Ellsworth at The Grand. When we have finished reading let’s see who can use their creativity to design and name a new candy or candy making machine out of Legos here in the store!
