Coloring the Downeast Scenic Rail Road

Take a ride on the Downeast Scenic, an adventure that takes you back to a time of elegant travel in lovingly restored one-hundred-year-old passenger coaches. For roughly an hour and 45 minutes, leisurely roll along 12 miles of well-maintained tracks that were a huge part of Maine railroad history. To celebrate Maine Craft Weekend and Art of Ellsworth, on Sunday, October 8th, in the morning 10:30 AM train ride will include coloring fun for all ages. Purchasing tickets in advance is advisable.
