Norway Village, an official National Historic District, and Main Street Community, has much to offer the art lover with four distinct galleries within walking distance of each other: Lights Out Gallery, Lajos Matolcsy Arts Center, Main Street Gallery, and Frost Farm Gallery. In addition, there are numerous art displays in many of its downtown eight local eateries.
Norway also has multiple well-maintained hiking trails, boating, and swimming at Lake Pennessewassee with free parking and a boat launch.
